The Team

We operate a small, elite, permanent staff team who undergo a rigorous in-house training programme covering office administration; information technology and account management.  All staff hold a current NVQ in Contact Centre Services qualification.

Staff operate in small groups of three or four thus ensuring that every client has their own team who are fully conversant with that particular client’s needs and specialisms.
