How much will the service cost me?
Without knowing your exact requirements it is difficult to be precise, however generally a full service can be set up (including use of address and telephone answering) for under £100 per month.
How will you know if it is my company's telephone that is ringing?
We employ an extremely sophisticated telephone system that enables our operators to have full screen details of your company; its products and any other information that you may feel is important for your customers to be aware of.
If I bring clients to your meeting room/boardroom will they know that it isn't my office?
Our premises are totally unbranded and create a credible impression of a busy office environment. There is no reason why your visitors should suspect that you do not have permanent residence. We work on ‘first-name’ terms; the receptionist will recognise you and address you by name.
How long does it take to set the service up?
We normally operate a same day service that will enable you to use the address and be issued with your own designated telephone number. We will create your personal greeting as per your instructions.
How long does my contract need to be?
We do not operate a contract system and charge no set up fees whatsoever. We merely ask for one month’s deposit in advance plus the first month’s service charge and we require 30 days notice of cancellation (deposit refundable on cancellation).
Can I have more than one telephone number?
No problem – you can have as many numbers as you wish.
Can I get help with setting up a web site?
Yes. We can help you get online, give your site a make-over or just help maintain your current site.
Can I get help with setting up an e-mail service?
Yes. You can have an e-mail address based on your business name set up on the same day.
Can I add my own FAQ’s for your operators to answer?
